The resort boasts excellent customer service and beautifully maintained grounds, with a fitness center that is top-notch. However, the cleanliness of the carpets left much to be desired, making walking barefoot uncomfortable. Spider webs were prevalent in several areas, including our patio, requiring us to clean before using it. The lack of bathtubs in family-friendly rooms was disappointing, especially with a young child who struggled with the shower.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free parking, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. I appreciate how the staff helped me with late check-in on my first visit. I'm definitely coming back for the new year!

My wife says that the water temperature in the pools could be warmer, especially for little kids wanting to splash around.
